$100,000 short term loan

We need a short term loan in the amount of $100,000 immediately. We have been in business for over 20 years and have excellent credit. Money with interest will be repaid within 6 months. More information can be provided upon request.

Why do you need the funds?? and What will you do with the money??
Do you have a Business and Marketing Plan??

We are a land development and project management company with over 20 employees located about 60 miles from Washington DC. The funds will be used for short term working capital and will be repaid from our accounts receivable within 6 months.
