I'm a commercial banker and after reading your email it looks like you might be a good candidate for a SBA 7a loan. These loans are subsidized by the government and will offer you acceptable interest rates. I concentrate in commercial real estate loans, but I might be able to help you obtain your LOC. Simply follow the instructions on how to submit an SBA loan request and then we can find the right institution to lend you the money under the 7a program (usually a bank of a financial institution)... you can read more about this type of loans at:

09, Nice to have you on this site. you could do very well with commercial loans, commercial real estate,

uppps, I was trying to reply to a posting and I created a new one instead... Well, I was just trying to give advice to someone in need of working capital (unsecured line of credit).
