My name is Julia. Me and my husband Alex are running small car service in San Francisco Bay Area. We are very reliable company and we have steady clientele, mostly in residential areas. About two ears ago we decided to start to grow our company and reach a new customers. Hello all, and to you Rob for opening this thread. Shop Talk does seem to be a great venue for general discussion.

I think that the current forum topics are great, but a lot of small businesses would appreciate Operational discussions as well as all of the finance, HR, etc. (no offense meant to our financial services sponsor!!) This may be the place to "talk shop" about the operational aspects of small businesses.

Although I've been a member for a few months, I'm just starting to find time for this site. If anyone would like to discuss strategy, operations, Value Discipline, or other such topics just let me know. I very much enjoy discussing and giving advice on all of these areas.
