I have recentley resigned as director from my company giving my shares to the other 2 remaining directors. I gave them both a resignation letter and sent one to our bank and accountant. I have also signed the form 288b from companies house, this is a legal resignation form. I walked out at the week-end because i cant work with the other 2 anymore and i just need to now if there is any other forms i need to fill in so there are no loose ends for them to pick up on. Many thanks Debbie

D, It sounds like you used the right form. "Form 288b - Terminating appointment as director or secretary"
along with your letter of resignation.
What are your future plans?? Let us know if we can be of help.
Good luck, LUCKIEST

I had plenty of reasons to walk out the other 2 directors are sisters and i felt like an outsider and i felt they never trusted me 100%. They seemed to make all the descisions and only asked me as an after thought. I just could'nt take it anymore. Thanks for the reply, Debbie.

Deb,

Make sure that the banks do take your names off of the accounts.
I have worked in banking and know they misplace things.
I would like to talk to you about your new business venture as well.
Send me an email at d.skolnick@skolnick-associates.com with a convenient date/time.
