What are you doing in your business to reduce expenses?

What are you doing (big or small measures) to reduce expenses?

Small - we have a small office - we've stopped our bottled water delivery service, shaving off about $50.00 a month and have also encouraged our employees to go green and bring their own cups vs. use paper.

Big - in the process of renegotiating some of our contracts with our suppliers. This is going to help us save $$.
