I recently started a LLC. This winter I am planning on plowing. I am using my personal vehicle to do this. Can my business lease the vehicle from me? I also just purchased a plow and would like the business to pay me back. Is this possible? Then there is the issue of fuel. What is the easiest way to seperate work from personal use. I am thinking of just doing one lump lease fee for all of these items and a salary for me but am not really sure what I can do legally.

First get an accountant.

Second, it depends on what type of tax classification your LLC adapted. There is C Corp, S Corp and Sole-Proprietorship. Each will have different ways of addressing your questions. Unfortunately there is no quick and easy answer. But the good news is, that yes you can use your personal vehicle for business purposes.
