I need a lawyer for a case against the city near me. They withheld information which would've resulted in us receiving a large sum from the city. Anyone out their know of good lawyers. Please help!!!

How may I ask, is anyone supposed to offer advice or referrals when we are left to ponder your location and details since you failed to provide either one on your profile, and neglected to post any information in your post.

We offer good advice here but we do not read minds. Please share details.

I apologize for leaving out information. I live in East Orange, NJ. I would prefer to have a lawyer out of my county unless they don't have a problem with having a case so close to home. Yes, this case is true and too real for me. I've been trying to get help but haven't found the big break yet. All info is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Contact your State Bar Association, they can refer you to someone who specializes in dealing with 'city government entities'.

I apologize for the missing information. No, this is not a joke! We really have a problem for which we need a lawyer. I'm in East Orange, NJ I've tried the bar association. I've called around my area and some out of my area. But I still have yet to find someone who is willing to work on this case and get a Big Break. Do you know of anyone?

Hi! You can also try to find one in LawyersReputation.com. There you can search lawyers by practice area, county and state. And you can check there feedback on lawyers before making the decision to hire them.
