I started an LLC in 2008. Unfortunately nothing has panned out. As of date I have no income. Do I still need to file taxes? No salary has been paid to me as I am the only employer and I did not include this on my personal taxes.

LLC, no income, Welcome Dorian

Sorry to hear that your business has not panned out.

YES you must file a Federal Tax form for your LLC. No Income, No Profit, No Taxes

Does the State of Tenn have a state tax return??

Good luck, LUCKIEST
