A few words about me and my business:

I own a piece of commercial property that I am in the process of up dating. It is about 7000 square feet. It is a two story building. The lower half is divided into two suites. One side has a coffee franchise by the name of Biggby's Coffee. It is one of the fast growing companies. The other side we were suppose to open up a pizza franchise called "Bell's Greek Pizza". This company has been around for 40 years in the lansing area. This was to be a new location. I also own a Cleaning Business that I started last year. It is maintaining. It is residential and I have about 12 clients. The top level of the building has 4 apartments. I am using one for my office which is a one bedroom. There is another one bedroom that is rented and I have 2 2 Bedrooms that I am in the process of trying to remodel. Once i get this building completed I have a another business I would like to work on once this building is in a postive cash flow.
