A few words about me and my business:

My name is Lyle Richardson, I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Recreation Park Management in the school of Hotel Motel Management. I worked 1 year for a small family run amusement park in Oil City Pa which had a game room, party room, food operation, miniature golf, go carts and 3 major rides and several kid rides. I had established a profitable catering and special event business during my time at the park. I was then offered a Management Trainee position with Carmike Cinemas at an 8 screen movie theater in oil city. I was trained and then offered to take on a troubled 16 screen theater in Allentown, as an assistant manager. I was then fast tracked into the General Management position of the theater. I received bonuses each year that I was there. I ran the entire theater to include hiring, firing, dealing with vendors, contractors and corporate, and district management. I cut the payroll down, got the inventory under control and was making $60,000.00 a year when I was downsized. I took a job working with a security company and eventually took a security job at a major candy company where I work today. I was CEO of a balloon bounce rental company that we started in 2008 with a partner, this business was closed after my partner backed out at the end of the season. I am now working on the development of an indoor amusement park in the Lehigh Valley area with a team of 9 others.
