A few words about me and my business:

I'm in the process of trying to get financing for my business. I want to finance a concession trailer custom made by "California Cart Builders." We will be selling in carnivals and fairs. I really believe in this business because I know there is a large profit margin in food and will be selling in fairs where there is a large concentration of people. For example: "Fiesta Broadway 2009" will be held April 29, 2009. This is a one day affair with and average of 500,000 people attending. Los Angeles County Fair operates for a month and has an average of 1,000,000 attending. Unfortunately, since it's considered a restaurant, it's considered a high risk investment and because it's a new business I'm also having trouble with financing.
