A few words about me and my business:

My business buys and rehabs empty and abandoned properties. After completion, we make them available to low to moderate income individuals and families. If they are unable to purchase, we lease the properties. We also help clean their credit up, when needed, allowing them to secure financing so they can become homeowners. We want to purchase a wide array of properties from single family homes, apartment buildings, to mobile home parks. Vacant land for development is also in future plans. We are in immediate need of $300,000 to get started purchasing properties. This kind of funding would allow us to do multiple properties at a time. We have crews in place to start working. This funding would create jobs in the local community as well helping the economy.
