A few words about me and my business:

Trying to establish a Used Car superstore in the center of our city. Formerly a Ford dealership (minority owned), it is ripe for the taking. We have a team in place with almost 60 years combined in the business. A 7 acre lot with sales, service, and body shop (22000+ sq.ft.) We have the deal that could be secured by the real estate. Our team could operate the entire building or lease each dept. for a positive cash flow. The catch is that we need some operating capital and quick. There is a lease on the table from an out of town dealer, which we are trying to stop. Local people, local shop, well we know the market. If there is an investor willing to purchase the property then lease/purchase to us with a percentage of the business...the deal is solid.
