A few words about me and my business:

Owned and operated a mortgage brokerage shop for over 12 years. With all the recent changes however in the mortgage business I wanted to join a business that would allow me to generate multiple lines of income at the same time as building a residual income, as more is better . And being self employed offers two sides the good and the bad. Good is the income, the working hours, you are your own boss. The bad you can get paid last! the lack of support form local banks, and the lack of insurance at a rate that you can afford to pay! Starting my next business I looked at all the issues that I felt needed to be corrected. I have now open my own business as a franchise sales agent. Meaning that I work with various franchises to sell their product. Selling mortgages to the public, selling franchises to the interested parties. Just on the 2nd year of this type of business and the changes from the start are all good but what I have placed together is a network of interested parties for various services. There is more to selling a franchise than just getting the client. So I am now selling services and information to facilitate the services that I am selling. It is a win win situation. I build businesses for a business.
