A few words about me and my business:

My firm specializes in tax solutions for businesses.These solutions often take the form of federal and multistate income tax projects. Our team of independent tax consultants assist in business filings, tax accounting, tax planning for reorganizations, research and interim executive level solutions. We pride ourselves in the ability to partner with our clients. We have all been in the "trenches" of accounting and tax warfare, where management is bombarded by ever-changing and complicated rules,codes and case laws. Most of us bring an average of 20 years plus experience to the table. So we share a common ground with most of our executive level clients.
