A few words about me and my business:

I'm currently taking control of my parents rental property. I have a number of ideas for rehabing the property and bringing up the value of the building. I've joined this group in order to network and get other points of view regarding the real estate business and operations. I have been looking at my options in creating an LLC, in order to operate more like a business and In the next several years I hope to expand by obtaining additional investment/commercial properties. I'm looking forward to expanding my knowledge of the real estate business and learning a lot of new things here.
