A few words about me and my business:

It may not seem surprising for a metropolitan area the size of South Florida to have a thriving rock scene. The Rock is dead lounge will be a themed based lounge with memorabilia of legendary rock artist through out time. The concept is to bring back rock music and bring a scene to South Florida. We want to be known as the number one venue to support live music. With this we believe we can attract national acts to play gigs at the Rock is Dead lounge. The lounge will have a top of the line stage to accommodate bands.The Rock is Dead lounge will have a known band play a small concert at our venue. We will promote & sell tickets two months before a show. The lounge will also help promote all local bands in South Florida. Live concerts, open mic nights and the different themed music nights to accommodate South America's live music scene, 60's & 70's music entertainment, and rock dance floor. The goal is to provide a unique nightlife entertainment lounge unlike any that exists anywhere in South Florida at this time. Rock is Dead will have between 3000-6000 square feet to entertain people in a unique way by providing a rock unique theme. The goal is to provide a unique nightlife experience for all adults aged 21-40 living in the South Florida area. The facility will also have a karaoke room and a VIP room. The lounge will entertain all kinds of people from locals and tourists in this area. This unique entertainment facility is located close to the beach, which makes it more attractive for the tourist market.
