A few words about me and my business:

I provide services to homeowners that begin when they purchase a home until they sell. Details of these services are only available to our clients and are confidential as agreed to as part of our contract(s) with them. The companies revenue comes on the front end. Acquiring properties occurs as a risk of doing business and represents an expense. As such, I will be working with Realtors and Real Estate Investors to transition our program properties to a new owner allowing Menoz Corporation to retain the property in the program.
