A few words about me and my business:

I have 18+ years experience in banking and have been involved in the restaurant business for the last 15+/- months as a bookkeeper and restaurant apprentice. My plan is to open and operate a restaurant with downhome lunches like your mother/grandmother use to make by day and a hifalutin dinner menu at night to include wine. I plan to seat 50+/- guests and anticipate generating $1800-$2000 day with 3-4 waitresses, a dishwasher by day with a 4 star chef in the afternoon. The location I have found is on the second most popular road/blvd in the city and is situated in a commercial district with 4 banks, a grocery store and a Wal-mart Neighborhood market. The location is also adjacent to and/or accessible to several affluent neighborhoods. When I told a friend of mine about the location that I wanted (road) she told me I couldn't touch anything on that road - it is a high priced prime location. However, I don't want to buy because I couldn't afford to purchase a property in the area and for other reasons I want to lease.
