A few words about me and my business:

Bob Minniti is the President and Owner of Minniti CPA, LLC. Bob has a wide range of experience in the accounting and real estate industries. Bob has over 15 years of experience in accounting which includes forensic accounting, fraud examinations, internal audit, compliance, government accounting, tax, consulting and teaching. Bob has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry which includes managing a mortgage company, serving as a designated broker for a real estate company, valuing real estate and working with real estate investment trusts. Bob has been published in professional journals in both the accounting and real estate fields. He is involved in public speaking and has taught classes nationwide. He is a professor teaching graduate level courses in intermediate accounting, fraud examination, fraud criminology, ethics, forensic accounting, operational audit, internal audit and real estate finance at DeVry University. He has experience with forensic accounting, fraud examinations, real estate valuations, real estate financing, financial auditing, internal auditing, internal control development, business continuation planning, taxes, insurance, risk management, financial planning and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work.
