A few words about me and my business:

VASoft is a Telephony software development company. VASoft provides both inbound and outbound Call Center and Contact Center software. We have integrated to a number of back office/ in-house application which include Heat, Sugar CRM and some ERP solution. Our ideal market is Call Centers with a requirement of 50 agents and below, this allows us to keep the relationship personal at all levels, and the environment manageable for the client. We also believe that this is the Call Center size of the future to ensure a properly managed and maintained facility. Home agents are also a possibility.
