A few words about me and my business:
We are a dessert manufacturer for the restaurant industry. We are starting our 7th year in business. We started with one kind of cheesecake and making it for a friends restaurant as a fun sideline hobby. We now produce over 100 cakes a week for about 20 restaurants. Every new customer we demo our desserts to, takes on our product, so we have held growth to our current size until we can obtain a larger facility as we are mostly maxed out at this time.
