A few words about me and my business:

I use a Dri-Foam cleaning system in cleaning both residential and businesses. I use this because while others may have it they do not push it. I have found that my customers prefer this to other systems once they are familiar with it. I stared nearly 14 years ago with no capital and one machine and vacuum from my days of selling them. I worked a full-time job for many of those years while building my company. After over half of those years working by my self, I have 3 employees, all family working for me. More than the system though I always give my customers more than 100% always. They are what matter to me most. I have tried to instill this in those who work for me and so far it has paid off in more ways than one. My customers almost always not only use me again but I get referrals as well...without asking many times. They have themselves stated it is because they feel they can trust me to always do my best and for my honesty. I have always felt that gaining your customers trust and confidence mean life for your business and no matter how big my company grows I plan to always live by that.
