A few words about me and my business:

My business partner and I are here to educate about fitness and athletic performance. We started our business because we love athletics and we want others to acheive their athletic and fitness goals. Our operations are in San Diego and we work with a diverse group of individuals, ranging from weekend warriors looking to get an edge in pick up basketball to top notch athletes on their path to college athletics. We also personal train people who are interested in weight loss or body transformation.
