Have you had the domain name appraised for value? Google 'domain name appraisal', get some quotes on what the expected value of this 'real estate' might be. GoDaddy offers such a service, but they also sell domain names so I wonder how neutral they might be - but it's a start.
And for a buyer, think about what you would do with this domain. Is it your business name? If so, you
might be able to get it transferred to you through a trademark dispute resolution.
If you're just looking to create a 'top-X' type of website (not X as in x-rated, but as in a number: Top 10, Top 100 etc), one could purchase this, put together some nice research/articles on top-something businesses, and then sprinkle the site with text ads (google adsense, TextLinks, etc) and work the revenue that way. But the content must be relevant and interesting, and unique or Google will remove you as a MFA (made for Adwords) domain that offers no intrinsic value.
If you can write, take the above idea a step further and make a blog of it, offering articles or reviews/insights into existing articles and trends in the biz world. Original content built on existing content is perfectly acceptable, but is hard work. Revenue comes from text ads and sponsorships.
Whoever buys this, good luck - and if you need a great look and proper content management engine for your site, one that is fast to download, easy to navigate, SE friendly: give us a call.
