How do you find work? For Janitorial Business like Banks,Offices,Ect...

I need some help finding work. Is there any way you could hel me find ways to improve my business

Well it starts with alot of cold calling? Also what part of the states are you located? Word of mouth is very helpful if not the only thing that might get you a couple of jobs.

Besides cold calling, another suggestion would be to go around and meet the people cleaning those places (banks, offices, etc.) now. Are they in-house labor or a contracted cleaning crew? If it's a contracted crew, get the name of the owner or manager and ask if they have any overflow work you could take on as a subcontractor (for example, if they have people who are ill, want time off, etc.). In some cases, they might be wishing they could turn over a smaller, less profitable job or one that is inconvenient due to time or distance to someone like you - so they could pursue a larger contract or one closer to home. At any rate, many of your best insights into that business will come from the people who are already in the same business in your area. Hope this helps. Good luck.
