Hmm...
Good point DomainDiva.
It all seems a bit sketchy for 1.5MM.
However, I will remain open to see what their response is.

To all of you,
Don't be sceptic it is a real opportunity.
More detailed data will be given to one of you that will be ready to join us with a min investment of 100K.
After all no fund transfer will be made if the investor will not get all he need from info or confidence prespectiv and an investment contract will be sign.
The one of you that are really intresting in the project please try to learn the basic data from all my answers above.
The one of you that are just like to write SCAM please avoid getting more info regarding that project by activating the function in the site.

Perhaps I am still missing where it said 5.4MM on your original post.
Thank you for, just now, sharing that information with us.

Ok I'll avoid doing that!

If you are indeed a legitimate business person please get some help with the English language. I mean this sincerely...have someone go over your posts and help you to construct sentences that reflect what you actually mean to say. It will add to your creditability immensely.

Perhaps this isn't a "scam" per se, but I do sense a lack of experience here. If you have a legitimate opportunity, perhaps you can use the responses you received so far to develop a more effective way to present your offer to someone in the future.

The "basic data" an investor needs is not to be found in a series of forum posts -- it's in your investment proposal. If I had asked the world for five million dollars this morning and received four inquiries before lunch as you did, you'd better believe all four people would have received and read my investment proposal by now, I'd have called them all to follow-up, and I'd be on a plane at this moment to meet with at least one of them. (And if it turned out that any of them had responded just to jerk me around and were not really serious investors, I'd have determined that, too -- and they'd probably be suffering some genuine humiliation right now for wasting my time).

Hope this perspective helps. Best wishes.

Thanks Buffalo for defending me. It is almost an insult to read misspelled words (especially with spell check)
Again, LUCKIEST

I may be interested but if not, I can at least pass it along to several investors I do business with. If your would like to learn how to insure your condo conversion with the best price for the best coverage through a "condo wrap", I would be willing to give you a quote.

Feel free to send your detailed plans to Mainstreetifs@yahoo.com if you wish.

I will. I have insured 12 condo projects including 4 conversions in the past 6 years. I have not seen a project that could pencil out in the last two years because of the RE market softening but Indy is an interesting market. I have seen a dozen or more projects put back on the shelf for a later date. I will let you know what it looks like. It could be a scam or the guy could be legit, I don't judge based on the grammar because I live in California and do business with a lot of people who do not speak english as a first language but happen to be very wealthy and successful.
