Need Loan for retail with property

I am looking for a loan of 460,000 dollars for a retail store with property. some on eplease advice my score is 670

Tell us MORE. Where are you located?? Are you looking for partners or investors??
What is your background?? Have you developed a Business or Budget Report??
What is the security and what is the payback??

I am located in Irving, TX. the property is located in coppel, TX 3 miles form my place. i am looking for a loan which i can pay back in 5 to 10 years. I am a mechanical engineering with 10+ years in IT and business. i can pay upto 5000 thousands dollars a month as the store has a gross income of 14000 per month approximately.

A loan is definitely possible, please let me know if you plan on occupying any of the property.
Typically most loan programs look for 51% occupancy. If you don't, we will have to do a investment property mortgage.

I think with a 670 fico I have investors that will provide you most your funding along with some of my lender sources. You have a good business and we can GET YOU UNSECURED CREDIT LINE. email me cory@walkerlender.com

You also mention "we" is this a consulting group? a loan brokerage? private equity investors?
