Or use BrightCove (www.brightcove.com) and the fees drop to $0 a month (free!), with the option of syndicating your content to other websites, and sharing the revenue!

(no, I have no financial stake in brightcove).

You can also check out traffic geyser. You can even use your cellphone and they automatically upload it to the most popular places like u tube. I just got their product, there's a monthly fee but the stats show that their marketing technique of this awesome process can bring your website to the first five positions in the free google search listing.

I believ brightcove charges. Goggle Video and YouTube are free.

With YouTube you can create your own channel, have subscribers, and change the page look/layout.
