Sorry, if this has been discussed already, but basically what does it do for the small business start-ups. Any answers.

Nothing. The big banks are holding onto the money and working on their balance sheets and the small banks that usually lend to small businesses can't get any bail out money.

No credit, no jobs; no jobs, no one to buy the products, business looses money goes bankrupt, loss of jobs, banks loose money loans not repaid, and on and on it goes. A never ending whirlpool.....

We can't get any money at all even though we have product.

They print money from thin air, and borrow money to other countries to pay colossal debts. On day it would be very hard to pay back.
