What type of marketing system do you have in place to generate leads? Do you have an incentive to offer to attract traffic?

My upline tells me it is a relationship business and to make one on one phone calls then 2 on 1 phone calls with a member of my upline. I have asked about websites, ads, radio etc and all those have been frowned upon. I think I need a marketing strategy other than 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 calls.
