TransActPOS is asking hardware and retail stores nationwide if everyone is seeing issues with High Monthly Maintenance fees. We have converted many many stores that are tired of paying too much money and getting not enough support and system in return.
We are just wanting to get the opinions of store owners. Currently on a 3-user system for 24-7 response tech and maintenace we are running around $90-100 and we have seen anywhere between $400-$1300 for other Gold Level and Level 1 POS systems.
