Hello everyone.

First time posting.

I am looking to secure funding for the acquisition of one or more home health agencies in Tennessee. I currently own a small agency in Tennessee and have been in the industry for 20+ years with large national companies in executive level roles. I have tried local banks, private equity groups, specialty lenders, etc..
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Home Health

HomeHealth,

I would be happy to speak to you about financing. My firm helps small business owners obtain financing for various needs.

You can email me at mailto:d.skolnick@skolnick-associates.com to discuss this acquisition further.

I look forward to speaking to you.

Home Health,

On the surface, an SBA 7a business acquisition loan should be a good fit for this financing provided your financing requirements are less than $2 million. If that's the case, I would be happy to review the deal with one of my nationwide lenders - no cost, no obligation.

I also work with a number of healthcare lenders if the deal is not a good fit or is too large for an SBA loan.

Have you alreday identified an acquisition target? What is the revenue size of the target (or potential target)?

Are you looking at a Medicare agency or Private Duty?

What repsonse(s) did you hear from the banks. PE groups, etc.

A little more information and we can provide some more specific answers/options for you to consider.
