I just wanted to let everyone know that your feedback has been heard.
We are in the process of hiring 24hr representative support lines for our clients in the global market.
You now will be able to get support and assistance 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
Planned to launch in January of 2008.

CC8, Way to go. So many companies and so much business is now 24 / 7.
Is this progress?? Remember the old days 9 to 5 5 days a week.
It will interesting to track the sales and see if the extra hours justifies the extra expense.

It is very interesting to say the least...
I am from the old school 9 to 5 days much like you were LUCKIEST.
Unfortunately the common business owner no longer sees 9 to 5 days.
