Need of vans for nonprofit organization

We are a new 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that serves the elderly, the disabilities, the homeless families and children. We are in a desprate need of new vans to service them. Our plans also is to take the people w/disabilities out of the convelascent homes and to give them personal care in their own homes. The homeless situation is growing rapid also and we need to service them and their children in ways of delivering them off the streets. We truly need transportations. Please, anyone who knows how to receive vans for the nonprofit organization please respond.
