Have $50K, Need $250K

I'm looking for operating/start-up capital. There is $50K to back up what is needed (which is $250K). Disabled Vet, with little collateral other than the $50K.
My business is a new construction item (none currently on the market). I have a business/marketing plan and a local manufacturer.
Any thoughts?

Wing, You are going to get some interesting responses to this question.
SUGGESTIONS. 1) Tell us more about yourself. I know about "Construction/Architecture"
Are you in business??, How long?? Where?? Do you own any Real Estate?? Credit History??
The more you share, the better the answers.
2) You need a Business and Marketing Plan to present to lenders.
