Hello all,
I have a manufacturing/production unit in India and I would like to reach out to the customers in the USA. I am thinking of having a website to collect all my all orders (for now) and get the production done in India and ship out to customers here. Do i need to incorporate a company here? If i incorporate a company here do i have to get an import license? If you guys get the general idea of what im talking about please provide me your suggestions/ideas.
