Hi,

I would like to know how to open a bank account for a Delaware based LLC, by a non-resident, from abroad.

For a very definitive answer, email several banks and ask them. You may want to look for banks that are affiliated with the country you live in. If that isn't possible, tell them your situation and see what they can recommend. Most banks have contact forms on their websites, so start there. (My understanding is that this forum is not a formal part of Bank of American, so you may want to look for a better contact form in the main section of the website.)
