Sole Proprietor? LLC/

My husband and I want to start a business cleaning out repo homes. I'm not sure what is best Sole Proprietor, Partnership, or LLC. Can anybody tell me what the best way to go is. We don't want to use our name as business name.

You can not set-up a Sole Proprietor with two
individuals owning the business.

Even if you did do Sole Proprietor you would have
a business name. How about "Dirt Destroyers"!!
