Website maintenence help needed - working w/ very low budget

My website (www.eyecandywb.com) needs a professional appeal, updating graphics, and updating product pictures (fully functional). I also would like to sign my website up with key word searches and all major search engines, I would like to start a Blog on the latest fashion tips and resourceful links ... I'm working with a very low budget but would like to start building improvments little by little to kick in the cashflow.
