nonprofit rural health clinic funding

Can anyone help me with suggestions where to look for funding or grants from a foundation for a new not yet opened nonprofit rural health clinic in the north Georgia mountain area. Have the 501 (c) 3 accreditation and building with equipment already. Also have applied for RHC accreditation.
