I am having trouble finding the right resources for either a small business line of credit or a small business loan for a startup retail company in my home town of approximately 17,000 people. We have not been hit by bad by the economy. And we are only looking for $30,000. We have a 27 page business plan already put together. My credit score and my partner's credit score are both very good. The problem we are facing is that our debt to income ratio is high. I would appreciate any help!

Have you tried micro-credit loans - these are from non-profit groups that work with companies that can not get traditional funding. Up to $35K for start-ups and $50K for established busiensses.
