We are from Germany and want to start a Brewery, hotel and restaurant with a baking and sausage-meat production of one's own in Oklahoma in a unique position. The start is intended planed with one 10 HL brew as a brew-restaurant - thus with an impressive show effect - Beer after the German purity requirement 1516, a restaurant in a cosy Bavarian style. Predominantly in timber construction method, with approx. seats.

No matter how good the business system is, the business
must be one that "fits" you. It must be a business that builds on YOUR strengths
and
talents.
Achieving your dream: It
is good to understand your options and determine what is best for you.

The three basic options are:
1. Start a business from scratch
2. Buy an existing business
3. Purchase a franchise

I have just joined a group of Franchise Consultants. The
company specializes in helping people learn about many of the possible
investment choices that exist in today's market.

The services are free to you the prospective buyer. For more
info, email me at " pdeig@juno.com " and please include your phone number.
Thanks, LUCKIEST

There are many options for you. Have you talked with a local bank about a SBA loan? How much are you seeking? What will the loan proceeds be used for? You may have to cobble together the funding you need from diffent lender who specialize in certain products.

Love your unique concept. Keep as much of your plan to yourself so this concept will not be stolen from you. There is a brewery that you may want to talk to they are in Pigeon Forge Tenn. or Gatlingburg Tenn.
it is called "Smokey Mountain Brewery". They are southern food take on what you are saying. They have been around forever, out lasted the storms, and you wait to get in still! It is run by a wondeful couple. You may want to contact them and as them to mentor you. There lender may also support your venture.

I am ready to be your customer, give me a weeks notice so I can start the drive to get there...Best to you!
