I browsed through your website a little. Based on your forum post, other than your name, I would not hae guessed I'd be viewing a domain registry. Never-the-less, the website is very nice, pleasing on the eye and easy to navigate. I did however notice that your prices are higher than most of your competition. What would make a customer choose you as a domain registry over say Yahoo!, Microsoft Office Live, GoDaddy, etc? How long have you been in this business? Tell us more about these software bundles that you mentioned in your original post.

Regards,

Actually I am a new business and I'm unaware of all of the features that some of my competitors like yahoo, and microsoft have to offer. But I am aware that my prices are cheaper than those two. I am a reseller of GoDaddy and unable to compete with them. The software thats listed above are CRM, Data Backup and the others are software that I haven't posted on my website yet. Basically I'm giving small business info about software that will help them stay competitive and safe. Remote Data backup is a secure way to automaticall backup important data files offsite. Infusion CRM is a solution is a webbased application that allows marketing and sales automation, to help build your client base

I would be interested in reading more about your Remote Data Backup and Infusion CRM products.
Are these software packages listed on your page?
If they are, I will check them outthis afternoon.

Not to mention when I started outfitting three team members with software I had to purchase three copies of Office, Visio Pro and 1 copy of Adobe Creative Suite (the fancy one for our designer!!!)

Why is it that no one talks Biz App when getting a business started? Oh and For-ev-er-more ;) lets not forget QUICKBOOKS!

Depending on your business, you may want software to communicate/collaborate with your customers and allow them to work with each other. There are 2 ends of this spectrum. On one hand, you can go with Opensource products which you then install, configure and customize to meet your needs. The software is cheap/free in this case but you pay in maintenance, hardware, etc. The other end of the spectrum is on-premise software. There are several vendors out there including Lithium, Leverage, and Jive; these tend to be for larger enterprises. Another option, and is the middle of the spectrum is SaaS (software as a service) offerings. In this case, check out GroupSwim. It is very inexpensive and does a great job. Other companies also have SaaS offerings including Leverage. The nice thing about SaaS is there is no software maintenance or hardware to worry about. You pay on per user per member basis. Hope this helps.
