How to start a medical billing service at home?

I just recently had a baby 2 months ago and I don't want to go back to work. I've been thinking of working at home as a medical biller for awhile now. But my only problem is where to start. And how much money do I need to start. And how much medical knowledge do i need to have in order to do this?
