Here is what I do, go to Odesk.com and sign up for free. They are a database driven site like elance or guru, but with a broader workforce from all over the world. I have hired a lot of people there. Here is a tip, when you post a job, be very thorough, I always put exactly what I am looking for and exactly what I DONT want. This keeps you from getting stupid general resumes for something you did not want. The other piece of advice, hire fast, fire faster. There is tons to choose from and a lot of people on the site.
