Don’t know where to start in your search to find a Virtual Assistant (VA)? No problem. Virtual Assist RFP has created a central place for businesses to post their business needs and have VA’s come to them.

How does this site compare to others? It surpasses them. Don’t post your VA Request For Proposals (RFPs) to any other site! When you post to the other sites, you risk the chance of receiving responses from those who are inexperienced, unprofessional, and not interested in fully supporting you. At Virtual Assist RFP, you will receive responses from qualified, well-established VA’s only.

Virtual Assist RFP is not a staffing agency, but it is a referral service company that allows you to have full control of your decision-making. So how does it work? Quite simply, actually.

• Submit your RFP

• Virtual Assist RFP reviews your RFP for completeness

• Virtual Assist RFP posts your RFP to a secured site where only registered VA’s can view it

• You sit back, relax, and wait for proposals to pour in from VA’s

• You start receiving proposals at the contact information you provided on your RFP

• You determine which VA best suits your needs

• You, and the VA you chose, determine when your business relationship commences and under what terms

You are the decision-maker. You make the choice.

Make the right choice today, and let Virtual Assist RFP connect you to the VA that will build your business success.

This is a free service, for those who would like to submit a RFP. You can post when the last day is for a VA to submit a response. The site fully explains how everything works. Go take a look at it www.virtualassistrfp.com.

Thanks!

what's the catch? I am sure you aren't virtually making money.

There is no catch. The Virtual Assistants have to pay a small annual membership fee as a referral cost, but those looking for a VA do not have to pay a cent. It's a free service for businesses needing assistance.

Not only do you need to know how to become a virtual assistant, but you need to know how to be a good personal assistant. Following are some simple steps to make your job go easier.

1) You need to be able to control your temper. If your boss comes to call and he's spitting nails, it is best if you just take your lashings with a calm expression. Don't try to defend yourself until he has said what he needs to say. Once he/she is done then you (if it applies) calmly explain your situation to your boss. In most cases this should be enough to douse a fire. If not then hold your temper anyways. Bosses are known to make split-second employee terminations when they are angry.
2) You need to be organized. Cleanliness is next to godliness. A disorganized workplace will only increase anxiety and stress. Your paper stacks will grow uncontrolably and you'll eventually start to throw things out. Don't get caught with a stack of papers higher than your mouse. Utilize a filing cabinet and file your papers accurately. Keep your computer desktop organized as well.
3) Be patient. Things will work out eventually. Just keep pushing forward.

I have a virtual assistant and find it almost invaluble. I don't have an office
(I work at home) so I don't really have an option of having an admin in my
"office" The service I use does great work. Very fast, very efficient. I like it.
