Have any of you ever produced a cookbook?? As volunteers we're looking at Morris Press,
a company that specializes in cookbooks by churches, community organizations.

I have heard of Morris Press. You may want to do a little networking and see if you can locate a Baptist church that has a cookbook and get some referrals. You will need to talk to the ladies group (some of my best recipies are from a baptist church cookbook... :) )
