I agree with the other comments about getting the website together first. It will be a waste of money to drive traffic there if the website isn't structured right. For any sites, Content is the KING. You should identify your target audience and find out what they are doing online. You will get some data from Compete.com, pew Internet Research etc. To kick start with, you can set up a Twitter account and connect with your Target audience And also make sure that you have a Facebook page for your store.
