Craigslist is good, though they are starting to charge for employment ads I think now. Nothing beats a solid marketing strategy with multiple activities running at the same time, including Craigslist. I've found a good SEO strategy is a powerful way to receive in-bound leads from prospects. Also press releases, well-written and newsworthy, that are released online are very effective at raising SEO rankings and gaining credibility in the eyes of potential buyers.
